About Ethan Bowlin
I help bridge the gap between rehab, fitness, and performance.
With a background in kinesiology, biomechanics, athletic training, corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, and movement-based coaching, I've spent years helping people improve the way they move so they can perform better in life and sport.
My approach is simple:
For adults, that means helping you move and feel better with a plan that makes sense for your body.
For youth athletes, that means building the foundation first so performance has something solid to grow from.
